The HES 9600 Electric strike is compatible with all Hager RIM exit devices. The HES strike needs to be manufactured after February 2019
We also recommend using a 1/4" shim under the HES 9600 Strike. This should be included with the strike.

This was tested in July of 2019, if HES has made changes to their product, that we are not aware of, this may alter the functionality of the two devices.
