Operator shows it was commission (red LED is solid), but the door never run a commissioning. | During installation they may have removed the transformer to access one of the mounting bolts. Doing so may have caused the ribbon cable to come unplugged. If the ribbon cable is unplugged the I/O board and adjustment board cannot communicate, but will both show power. | |
Adjusting Potentiometers are not doing anything | The yellow light should be on after making adjustments. If the yellow light is on they did not press the button to lock the programming in. Instructions: Page 12, Step 9 | |
Door stops at 70 Degrees, not allowing full open | Do not do preload with the door open. | |
Lock Relay is staying active, until power reset | Run a new calibration | |
LED Flashes red then goes solid during calibration | Ensure the Operator is in the ON position | |
