AKI
Wiring Issue

Remove wires from terminals 1&2 (basically remove terminal block 1-7) and test. If the issue is cleared, the actuator is potentially connected through the N/C terminal instead of the N/O

If you are using wireless - Common problem is they read the receiver instructions and put the wires in the wrong position. The Receiver power should come from the operator terminals 3&4 (black and red wires). The Receiver output (green and white) should be on the operator terminals 1&2.

Error 31
Emergency Stop
Connection Issue

Ensure the factory jumper is in place between 14 & 15 and the terminals are tight. If the jumper is removed, this error will appear. It either needs the jumper or to be tied into a normally closed (N/C) fire alarm contact.

Error 37
Motor Current
Set up Adjustment

Remove the fuse. Test by attempting to push the door open without power. If it slams shut and is hard to open, flip the motor board switch. If it becomes easier to open/close, put the fuse back in and calibrate.

Error 52 - No Running Parameter

Operator needs to be Calibrated

Installer needs to make sure the door is not latched and door can swing freely for calibration. Verify that the door can only be manually opened to a maximum of 110 Degrees. (there is an adjustable stop on the top of the unit. Once this is confirmed press and hold the multifunction button for 3 flashes. (The GREEN LED, next to the button, will flash RED) The display will read "Calibration Run" and the door will swing open. This will be "jerky" which is normal. The unit is learning the weight and mass of the door. This unit will open to the stop and hold open for 5 seconds and the close.

Error 59
SIS
Connection Issue
The Jumper is either loose or missing on Terminal 12
Error 62
Off
Control Panel Cannot Override
Turn the 3 position rocker switch to the "ON" Position
Flip rocker switch to the on position. If display still reads off press the PROG button located above the display. If unit reads "control panel can't override" then the Rocker switch is either , not plugged in, not plugged in correctly or damaged. Most commonly the switch is not plugged in correctly. There is a ribbon cable with red connectors that run from the rocker switch to the drive module. The error normally occurs at the drive module. Have the installer unplug the ribbon cable and gentle try to plug it in "backwards".
